I have now done this and now advised that the seller needs to contact the courier and alter the delivery method, so that it can be left in a safe place.<br />Again, I cannot guarantee that I will be available at the same time of delivery as suggested"probably Tuesday" ..... (if this continues for 7 days then the courier will return the item to the seller)<br />I understand the item is currently now at the "depot"in Benalla, (Vic) and not Morwell (Vic) as previously stated, it is 25km from my home.  There is no public transport available (to or from Benalla from here), I cannot drive due to age and no, I do not know anyone who will drive 50km round trip to collect the item.<br />Can you please arrange for the item to be delivered? or alternatively arrange for a full refund, ( including postage) if the item returned to yourself due to delivery failure.<br />So far this has been a very frustrating experience. When I arrived home I found a "card" at my front door which does not have any information regarding where to collect the item from or if the item will be delivered again.<br />Information on the card states to go to the Team Global Express website, (see photo). I did this and the only information obtained there is that the item is "in transit". <br />I then called their number "13 15 31" only to be advised that their number has changed to "13 18 43", only to be worked through an automated service which again did not provide any information as to the location of my parcel.  I called back again and requested to speak in person and was put through to a customer service representative.  <br />I explained everything to her, she said that the parcel would be available for collection at their depot in Morwell, Victoria, which is some 500 km away from where I live.  I asked to re-check this but was supplied the same information.  I requested to speak to a supervisor or manager as I found it difficult to understand why I would nee to travel 500km to collect the parcel.  This request to speak to a supervisor was completely denied, stating " I have given you all the available information"  I found this to be very un-coperative and a little offensive.<br />I was then given an option to have it delivered to my home again on the next business day, (next Tuesday 10th March).  Here, I asked what would happen if there's no one home?  I was informed that a further attempt "may" be made.  I asked if it would be definately delivered next Tuesday and the response was "probably".<br />My concern is that the delivery card also states that " After 7 days, deliveries are returned to sender" I cannot guarantee that I will be home all day, every day.<br /><br /></div>
